Fleischkeuchle....supposedly a German food...you can buy this at the Dairy Queen in this part of North Dakota. It's a ground beef patty with whatever spices the cook wants to add wrapped in a dough and deep fried. The way you eat it is to cut it in half so the oil drains out and then pour ketchup into it and chow down. If you're ever at Glo's Restaurant in Stanton, North Dakota, make sure you're hungry before you order the medium size side of French fries.
